Here we feature some tried and true Universal Nutrition supplement combinations, each designed with a specific training goal in mind.
Old School Stack
Featuring: Milk & Egg Protein, Natural Sterol Complex, Uni-Liver
This nutrient-dense and amino heavy formula has been a favorite of no nonsense bodybuilders for more than three decades. Utilize it to add mass and strength.
Dosing:
Milk & Egg protein: 1-2 scoops daily, drink in the a.m., p.m. or any time in between meals.
Natural Sterol Complex: 2 tabs, 3x per day. Take in the AM, preworkout and postworkout.
Uni-Liver: 3-4 tabs with each meal.
Anabolic Window of Opportunity stack

Dosing:

These are all necessary components for hard-training athletes looking to optimize results during their bulking cycle.
Dosing:
N1-T: 2 caps, 2-3x per day. In the AM, preworkout and before bed.
Storm: 1 scoop mixed in water preworkout.
Real Gains: 1 serving, 2x per day, in the AM and immediately postworkout.
Notes: To maximize gains while bulking, don't rely on just supplements alone. Focus on consuming the right amount of calories from whole food first. Once you take care of this, you can then add in the components from the Basic Mass Stack and notice the results.
The Get Shredded Stack

Dosing:
Unidyne: 1 capsule in a.m. before breakfast or workout, another capsule in the afternoon.
EAA Stack: 1-3 servings mixed in water. Sip during workout.
Ultra Iso Whey: 1-3 scoops, 2-3x a day. Mix in water and drink in the AM, immediately postworkout and before bed.
