I am now at my largest overall mass of 230lbs while maintaining my 17% bodyfat, and have been on my current workout regimine for 2 months. Animal pak has allways and will allways be a part of my nutrition! Also I have used both creatine <more like coolaid that should tell you which company thats was> and NO2, but neither worked well for me. For the first time I am now experiencing what others have been talking about as an NO pump! Simply awesome! The Storm tatses great and really helps with recovery. My only dislike is the taste of the shock therapy, but Ill eat whatever you want to get the results this stuff has givin me! I started to explode in the gym after starting with shock therapy, and had people looking at me like some kind of mad man <more so than my normal guts and glory animal training> As allways I am very impressed, usually I tell people that your animal line is all they will ever need to look at but this combination has really opened my eyes! Thanks for a great group of products and your time!

I used Sterol for a month along with weight gainer for 2 weeks of that month and I gained 15 lbs! I scared myself. I forever use your Sterol Complex on all my power lifting phases (every 3 months)

| This weight gainer is amazing. I was a fullback on my highschool football team for 2 years and had a shoulder surgery right after my junior season. To get big and back into shape for my senior season, some guys I know recomended Real Gains to me. | "Today is October 26,2004 I have sent you guys a few emails, looked at your site, thought i was lifting. I was wrong. Dead WRONG. I thought i was bad by doing one of your routines. I didnt't go crazy, didn't go hard. I just put some light weight on so i could get a little burn and think i was working out. didn't make gains, so i quit.(not my attitude anymore) Then i spent the summer playing high school football. I met a kid named Alex who changed my life. Hes 18. weighs 178 pounds. Benches 305 for 1, 280 for reps. He squats damn near 500. He showed me what it was like not to be able to walk after squatting. Now, whether i step in my basement or the school weight room, i am ready to kill. I am still only 15, been lifting for a year. I used to read muscle mags, looking at the beachbod guys and wishing i could be them. i look to your site as inspiration. The articles, the posters, everything. I took lifting lightly awile ago, even when i emailed and acted like i knew, had an idea. I was benching 200 for 1, now i have got 240 on the bench. I used to squat 225. Now 335. | Hi, I just wanted you to know how great a job you have done with Super Cuts 3. I've had superb results with the product. I've gone from about 220 pounds down to a very trim 203 pounds!!! With no jitters or side effects ( Bitter Orange kept me up all night long) I'm still losing weight with a sensible diet and supplementing with Super Cuts 3, don't you dare change this formula, it works!!!!
